Braddock Rd Open Patio Addition

On this project our customer really wanted a larger space to entertain. We poured bigger footers to carry the load of the new framing and brick work.

We also had to conventionally frame this addition to tie into the existing roof line. We completed the project with a matching brick knee wall, vinyl soffit and ceilings, and new ceiling fans.
